Ingredients of Chinese Idli

  1. You need 1 cup of Suji.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Curd.
  3. It’s as per taste of Salt.
  4. It’s 3 tbsp of Oil.
  5. It’s 1 cup of Tomato puree.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  9. It’s 1 of Carrot.
  10. It’s 1 of Chopped Cabbage.
  11. Prepare 1 of Chopped Capsicum.
  12. You need 4 of Garlic.
  13. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  14. It’s 2 of cloves.
  15. It’s 1 of Red chilli.

  1. Take suji in bowl add one tbsp oil mix well add curd mix keep aside for half an hour..
  2. After half an hour add eno mix it. Take idly mould grease it and put the batter..
  3. Take little water in idly bowl and microwave for 3 minutes..
  4. Take oil in kadhai put Chilli and laung. Put garlic,onion saute it add Salt,black pepper, green chilli sauce, tomato puree, saute it..
  5. Put tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce mix well. Cut idli in four pieces. Put idli pieces on it. Mix and off the gas cover it for five minutes..
  6. Yummy and healthy Chinese idly is ready..
