Yesterday witnessed a waste of a great sauce. The night before yesterday, I was so giddy about my pasta sauce that I couldn't wait till lunchtime at work. It wasn't extraordinary sauce. I just mixed Ragu with a lot of pepper, garlic, basil, and oregano but it turned out wonderfully. I was going to use the sauce for my lunch AND as a dip for the box of crackers I brought as a snack. When I opened my lunch bag, FOOM! The sauce had somehow managed to seep through my lunchbox and flooded the inside of the bag. Pfft.
