Snipe snipe

I have to say I'm a customer service representative's living, breathing nightmare. I just yelled at another one tonight because I didn't have an Internet connection all day and they said a technician came over at 2:30 p.m., but that the bloody stupid technician said "the house was closed" and didn't proceed. Dude, of course the house was closed. Would you really expect the gates to be thrown wide open just for you to see evidence that the house was indeed occupied? That's why there is such a thing as, oh, I dunno, ringing the doorbell or for something really innovative, knocking. Every one of us was at home during that time, for pete's sake. Grr.

Being mean, I ended up taking it out on the customer service person. Yeah I know it's not her fault. It must be really tough for them because they're turned into punching bags AND they can't hit back at you. Perhaps I should think about that next time I call to complain.
