Kat told me yesterday that the bookstores will be opening their doors at 7 AM, so I probably should have gotten some rest before all the day's excitement. Hells no. I took a bath at 3 AM, slept at 5 AM and was promptly awake at 6:15. What can I say, I'm fierce.
I dragged my mother to have breakfast at Pancake House, but the whole time I was standing up to check out the action at National Bookstore across the way, since there was quite a line outside the still-closed building. When I checked my receipt, it surprised me that I reserved it in April. Hehe. Not too long after we got there, we ducked in, got my copy, and zoomed out of there.
I put off cracking open the book until 30 minutes later at 8:30 and only finished reading it 10 minutes ago. Gods, the book had me sobbing most of the time, partly from the deaths--There are more than two deaths! And one death in particular surprised me because I didn't expect to feel sad about it--and partly from the fact that this is the last book. I say it was nicely wrapped up, and even had The Ultimate Final Battle With Taunting Speeches. Chapter three was especially touching ^_^ Perhaps some people might find it unsatisfying, but me, I love...endings. :D
And Mrs. Weasley seriously kicked butt.
