...if they kept my sister's gift to me for themselves. The package was supposed to have reached me the week of Christmas but we're well into 2006 and I haven't had a whiff of it yet. Naturally worried, I nevertheless am assuring my sister that the US Postal Service may have delivered it to the country in four to seven days, but PhilPost won't care about it until they've roused themselves enough to get a move on. But doing a search on the Philippine post office got me worried, because a lot of people have after all been complaining about tampered, broken, or stolen items, packages which never reached the intended recipient.
It may yet be time for another march to the Quezon City post office come Monday.
